3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds will be issued within 3 days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
4. Replacement Requests: Customers may request a replacement for their returned item instead of a refund. Please specify your preference when initiating the return.
5. No Credit Notes: Please note that we do not issue credit notes for returned items.
